Since 2002 Tanya Williams Art Services (d.b.a. Tanya Williams Fine Art Appraisals) has offered a variety of support services for fine and decorative arts in the Sarasota area.

We can offer our services nationwide; just contact us for a proposal.

Tanya Wetenhall is a member of the Appraisers Association of America (AAA) and is an alumna of New York University where she received a degree in Russian language and literature and fine art, as well as a certificate in appraisal studies for fine and decorative arts. Her M.A. (2009) is from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Fashion and Textile Studies: History, Theory and Museum Practice. Wetenhall is also certified in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (U.S.P.A.P.), a designation that is updated every five years by coursework and testing. 

Wetenhall specializes in Russian art (nineteenth and early twentieth-century), general textiles, costume and couture. She attends conferences, coursework and international exhibits on a yearly basis to keep abreast of changes and advances in the world of
fine arts, couture, costume and textiles.
